Looking to help develop StudentTrader Open Source Portal to it's full potential?

New Idea - Developers make $$$ on our studenttrader.com portal.

Though the software is open source - studenttrader.com is going to generate revenue via local advertising. (Well we would like to and have been approached by several small companies to do so.)

There are close to 10,000 schools in the database - and the right side of the site has been dedicated to non-intrusive advertising. (I.E. No Popups, etc... i.e. Papa Johns could advertise just for a single school). Since studenttrader.com is based on the studenttrader open source portal - The plan is to allow our core developers to split in any advertising profit. Not sure how that plays with the community - let me know if this is a good idea or not.
